Fly-tipping is your liability, not ours
Under the Duty of Care you stay responsible for your waste even after someone drives off with it — and unlicensed removals get traced back to the householder. Every job we do ends at a licensed transfer station with a waste transfer note in your name.

Before you book
Can the price go up on the day?
Only if what's there isn't what was in the photo. The quote covers labour, loading, disposal and VAT — if the pile has grown we tell you the new figure before we load, and you can send us away at no charge.
Do I need to be there?
No. Plenty of landlords and agents leave a key with a neighbour or a keysafe. We photograph the space before and after and send it with the invoice.
What We Cannot Take
Asbestos, Chemicals, Clinical Waste, Gas Bottles, Tyres.. Fridges, mattresses, paint and plasterboard we can take, with a fixed surcharge quoted upfront.
Is this cheaper than a skip?
Usually, for anything up to a full van. A skip needs a council permit for the road, sits there for days and you do all the lifting. We arrive, load and go in under an hour.
How do I know you're licensed?
Our Environment Agency carrier licence number is on every quote and can be checked on the public register. You get a waste transfer note for every collection — keep it, it’s your legal proof.
