The figure we text you is the figure you pay. Disposal surcharges are quoted upfront, never added at the door.
Licensed and insured
Environment Agency upper-tier carrier licence and £5m public liability. Both numbers are on every quote.
Sorted, not tipped
Loads are sorted at a licensed transfer station. 92% is recycled, reused or turned into fuel.
Two-hour windows
No "sometime Tuesday". You get a two-hour arrival window and a text when the crew sets off.
Photographed both ways
Before and after photos land in your inbox with the invoice — useful for deposits and disputes.
Employed crews
No day labour, no subcontractors. The same faces, DBS-checked, in branded vans.
How we got here

Upper-tier licence
Registered as an upper-tier waste carrier and moved to a licensed transfer station in Bow.
